Decide whether to decode Trioptic Code 39.
Trioptic Code 39 is a variant of Code 39 used in the marking of computer tap
cartridges. It always contains six characters.
Note: Trioptic Code 39 and Code 39 Full ASCII cannot be enabled at the same time.
