Controls whether the RxD pin on LIN1 or SCI is connected to the default I/O
pin on the processor. The exact pins used are dependent on the specific Mini-
Module plugged into the motherboard. Please refer to the Mini-Module
hardware manual for more details.

CAN

Two CAN interfaces are implemented on the xPC56XXMB: a high-speed CAN
interface and a low-speed CAN interface.

Effect
The LIN1 RxD pin is connected a processor I/O pin.
The SCI RxD pin is connected to a processor I/O pin. 
This should be set if enabling SCI.
