7. Troubleshooting

The sensor sends false alarms

In the rare case that the sensor sends a false alarm the following could be done:
1. Configure the bed zone (see chapter 3)
2. Check if the timer and sensitivity settings is correct (see chapter 3)
Note! A long timer setting gives the sensor more time to take the decision, which will
reduce the risk of false alarms.
3. Move away pieces of furniture placed nearby the bed (see chapter 5)
4. Move away the TV or any other light source near the bed (see chapter 5)

Problems when configuring the bed zone

If the sensor can not register the configuration points by the remote control the reasons
may be following:
1. The remote control was not directed towards the sensor, or was not kept still
2. The sensor is not mounted correctly (see chapter 3)
3. The batteries in the remote control are low
If the sensor does not react at all when the room/foot or wall/head button is pressed (red
LED does not flash), the remote control batteries are probably low and has to be replaced.
