LAN1/LAN2 Enable/Disable

Change the setting of jumper JPL1 to
enable or disable the LAN1 port and
JPL2 to enable or disable the LAN2
port on the serverboard. See the table
on the right for jumper settings. The
default setting is enabled.

Watch Dog

JWD enables the Watch Dog function,
a system monitor that takes action
when a software application freezes
the system. Jumping pins 1-2 will have
WD reboot the system if a program
freezes. Jumping pins 2-3 will gener-
ate a non-maskable interrupt for the
program that has frozen. See the table
on the right for jumper settings. Watch
Dog must also be enabled in BIOS.

SAS Enable/Disable

Jumper JPS1 allows you to enable or
disable the onboard SAS controller
The default setting is pins 1-2 to en-
able SAS. See the table on the right
for jumper settings.

SAS RAID Mode Select

Jumper JPS2 allows you to select the
RAID mode for the SAS ports. The de-
fault setting is Software RAID. See the
table on the right for jumper settings.
