If the printing quality is not as good as expected

Change the paper
Check if the paper is appropriate and has been loaded
correctly.

Clean the print head
In some cases the print head may get clogged. Head
cleaning can be performed from the operation panel.

If the printer has stopped

Check the operation panel display.

Check the display.
Check the printing mode.
