INSPECTION
Check clutch lines
tube and
hose
for evidence of cracks deterioration
or
other
damage Replace
if
necessary
If
leakage
occurs
at
or
around
joints retighten
and
if
necessary
re
place damaged parts
REMOVAL
CAUTION
When
disconnecting
clutch tube
use
suitable
flare
nut
wrench
Never
use
an
open end wrench
or
adjustable
wrench

Disoonnect
clutch
tube
from
clutch hose
at
bracket
on
side
mem
ber

Remove lock
spring
then
disen
gage hose from bracket
Clutch

Remove clutch hose from oper
ating cylinder

Disconnect clutch
tube
from
mas
ter
cylinder

Remove
clamp fixing
clutch tube
to
dash
panel
INSTALLAnON
Wipe
the
opening
ends
of
hydraulic
line
to
remove
any
foreign
matter
before
making
connections

Connect clutch
tube
to
master
cylinder
with
flare
nut

Fix
clutch tube
to
dash
panel
with
clamp

Then
tighten
flare
nut

torque
Flare

Install clutch hose
on
operating
cylinder
with
a
gasket
in
plaoe
Note
Use
new
gasket

of hose with
bracket Install lock
spring fixing
hose
to
bracket

twisting

Exercise

warp

twist
clutch hose

Connect clutch
tube
to
hose
with
flare
nut
and
tighten
it

Check distance between
clutch
line
and
adjacent
parts
especially
be
tween
hose and exhaust tube

Bleed
air out
of
hydraulic
system

fat
bleeding
CAUTION
When
tiuhtening
flare
nut
