primary

fuel
in the emulsion

Accelerating
mechanism
The
carburetor
is
equipped
with the
piston
type
accelerating
mechanism
linked
to
the throttle
valve When the
primary
throttle
valve is
closed
the
piston
goes up
and
fuel flows from
the
float
chamber
through
the inlet
valve into the space
under
the
piston
When
the
throttle valve
is
opened
the
piston
goes
down
opening
the
outlet
valve
and
fuel
is
forced
out
through
the
injector
