Approved Vent

•
Use listed 10" B-Vent (typically 11" 279mm outer diameter). This vent is available from Simpson
Duravent (www.duravent.com).

Vent Installation

•
Before installing vent sections, place a bead of high-temperature silicone around the joint to insure an
air-tight seal.
•
Lock the vent sections together and use screws to secure.
•
Horizontal sections require non-combustible support every three feet (e.g.: plumbing strap)
