The saddle is too
low with respect to
the Chief base. Shim
the saddle up as
needed. Refer to
section 2.4 for
flatness
requirement.
There may be a
wiring problem, or a
defective proximity
switch. Check the
voltages at J3 pins 1
and 3 with respect to
pin 2. These two
voltages should be
opposite of each
other as the
proximity switch is
activated and
inactivated. The
voltages should be
close to battery
voltage or close to
ground. If they are
not, replace the
actuator 90 °
proximity switch.
