Using the remote control

A thin plastic film needs to be removed from the battery when a unit is new. Do this by pulling the piece of
plastic that sticks out from the bottom of the battery compartment.
For the remote control to work there must be a clear view of no more than 6 metres from the signal
receiver to the remote control.
Handle the remote control with care. Do not drop it on the floor and avoid getting it wet or exposing it to
direct sunlight.

Replacing the battery in the remote control

The battery should be changed when the signal strength from the remote control starts to get weaker.
Turn the remote control upside down and press the button where it says "Press". Pull out the cover and
replace the battery, making sure that the terminals are correctly positioned. The battery is a CR2025.
