    COMBITHERM GAS INSTALLATION ® 1.1 RECEIVING & TRANSPORTATION Upon receipt of the Combitherm combination oven/ steamer, check the exterior of the shipping carton for any physical ® damage that could result in damage to the contents. If the oven was not received from the carrier in an upright position, there is a stronger possibility of concealed damage.

The ventilation hood must be installed in accordance with local building codes for steam exhaust and must protrude 12-inches to 20-inches (300mm to 500mm) over the front side of the oven.
