1. Remove power and the 72M 0 unit (see paragraph

2. Remove the picker/cam casting assembly (see
paragraph 27-400).

3. Remove the two screws

and the wiper

4. Move the head/carriage assembly

toward the
hub to its front limit (cylinder 76).

5. Turn the stepper motor pulley by hand and check
that the drive band

is centered on the idler
pulley

in all of the head / carriage assembly
movement (cylinder 00 through cylinder 76).
6. Is the drive band centered?

7. Reinstall the wiper assembly
