Contrast

The contrast setup is used to make minor adjustments of the black-
ness in the printout, e.g. to adapt the printer to variations in quality
between different batches of the same paper quality. 11 options are
displayed in an endless loop from -10% to +10%. Default value is
0%. The contrast is reset to default (±0) whenever a new paper type
is specified, regardless which method has been used.
