Enter the User Name provided by your ISP. This field is case-sensitive.
Enter the Password provided by your ISP. This field is case-sensitive.
Select the corresponding method to obtain an IP address from your
ISP.

Enter the IP address in dotted-decimal notation
provided by your ISP.
Subnet Mask
Enter the subnet mask in dotted-decimal notation
provided by your ISP.
Gateway
Enter the gateway IP address in dotted-decimal
notation provided by your ISP.
