The HI IFR Enroute charts show in Low resolution at ranges
of 30 mi or larger. At 20 mi or smaller range, the HI IFR
Enroute charts show in high resolution.

The aircraft or helicopter symbol on the chart shows the actual
aircraft position (geo-referenced) and will change position as the
aircraft changes position.
