Usage Troubleshooting
Connect the Cable Modem according to the steps in
ing Your Cable Modem.
Watch for the Power light to come on or start blinking.
If the Power light does not come on:
• make sure that the AC adapter is properly connected to both the Cable
Modem and the AC outlet.
• make sure that the AC outlet is not controlled by a switch. If an un-
switched outlet is not available, make sure the wall switch is on.
