4. Fill the crankcase with approximately
3.2 liters (3.4 U.S. quarts) of the recom-
mended grade oil and install the oil filler
cap.
5. Start the engine and let it idle for a
few minutes.
6. Stop the engine. Make sure the oil
level is at the upper level mark and
there are no oil leaks.
NOTE:
When running in very dusty conditions,
oil changes should be performed more
frequently than specified in the. main-
tenance schedule.
2. Insert a new oil filter element. Check
that the O-rings are in good condition
and that all parts·are installed as shown.
3. Install the oil filter cover and tighten
the oil filter bolt.
Oil Filter Bolt Torque:
27-33 N·m (2.7-3.3 kg-m,
20-24 ft-lb)
4. Perform steps 4 to 6 of Engine Oil
Change.
