The View menu determines how information is displayed.

The dialog box shows two lists, Available Columns and Shown Columns .
Available Columns buttons:
Add
Add All
Shown Columns buttons:
Remove
Remove All
Apply to Folder
Apply to library
Set as Default
New Window
Refresh
Turns the Status bar on and off
Show large Icons
Show small Icons
Show as list
Show as list with details
Adds Filter term entry boxes above each column in the view
Opens the Columns dialog box:
Libraries View Menu Options - Columns pane
Adds the column(s) selected to the Shown columns list
Adds All the available columns to the Shown Columns list
Removes the column(s) selected from the Shown columns list
Removes all column from the Shown columns list
Applies the changes made in this dialog to the current Folder
Applies the changes made in this dialog to all Folders in the current Library
Sets the changes made in this dialog as the default column content for all Folders
in all Libraries.
Opens a new Library Window empty
Forces a refresh
