865 Code Page
The 865 Code Page is selected when SW4:(5-8) = 0110. Figure 9-7 below is an actual
printout from a 424 printer set to use the 865 Code Page.
This code page is also known as DOSNordic.
Refer to Chapter 5 for more details on SW4 settings.
