Recording your own greeting
The recording time is limited to 16 seconds for each message. Record your message within 12
seconds for best performance.

Caution:
You cannot record a greeting message if a document is set in the unit.
Note:
You can choose either 16 seconds or 60 seconds of recording time for the TAD/FAX greeting
message (p. 60).
