PROBLEM

3. FAULTY DISPENSER

PROBLEM
[1] No ice is
dispensed.
[2] No water is
dispensed.
[3] Ice keeps being
dispensed.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
a) Refrigerant line
b) High-side
pressure too high
c) Expansion valve
(not adjustable)
d) Evaporator
POSSIBLE CAUSE
a) Storage bin
b) Agitator
c) Solenoid
d) Lever switch
a) Water valve
(dispensing)

a) Shutter

1. Gas leaks.
2. Refrigerant line
clogged.
3. Overcharged.
1. Dirty air filter or
condenser.
2. Ambient or condenser
water temperature too
warm.
3. Fan rotating too slow.
4. Bad ventilation.
5. Less than 15 cm
clearance at rear,
sides and top.
1. Low-side pressure
exceeding the limit.
1. Evaporator pipe
crushed.
1. Ice block or bridge.
1. Deformed due to ice
block or bridge.

REMEDY
1. See 1 - [5] - a).
2. Replace the clogged
component.
3. Recharge.
