    2. Notes for correct operation 2.1 Notes for input power supply (1) Always use the correct AC input power supply corresponding to the equipment rating. (208V within ±15%, 50 or 60Hz within ±5%). (2) The capacity of the input power supply must be larger than the required capacity of the UPS.

    4. Outline This equipment is a stationary type uninterruptible power system that supplies good and stable AC power to an important unit, which does not allow even instantaneous power shut-off. The system makes basic unit of 3.5kVA, which is composed of a rectifier, charger, an inverter, a battery, and commercial power transmission circuit (bypass circuit) work two or three units together without common parts.

    6.4 Fix of equipment Lock the casters and fix the UPS to the floor with level adjuster. • Fix the UPS vertically, without clatter and inclination. • ! Failure to do so, personnel injury may be occurred by impact or vibration such as earthquake or relocation or falling down.

    7. Wiring Always ask authorized person about wiring. If there is something • wrong on wiring, electric shock, injury and fire may be occurred. ! Use solderless terminal for connection input/output terminal block • and never make slack. Never make loosening on cables of outside CAUTION interface connector.

Preparations before operation Check the following items before starting operation. ① No damage or deformation exists on the appearance of the equipment. ② Required to connect to the power supply satisfying the input specifications. ③ Required “OUTPUT MCCB” breaker of Power distribution unit is “OFF”.     Power failure operation check test Perform this outage simulation test to verify that the UPS is functioning properly. If it is functioning properly, the following conditions should occur.     10. Maintenance and inspection 10.1 Daily inspection Observe the LCD to confirm that no abnormality is indicated. No other particular daily inspection or maintenance is required. 10.2 Periodic inspection Inspect the following items once every 6 months. • Do not allow anyone other than the authorized personnel to carry out the maintenance and inspection of the inside of the equipment.
