When you hear the dial tone:

Enter the call number.
If you make a mistake when entering your PIN, replace the handset and start
again. If you enter an incorrect PIN three consecutive times, the telephone is
permanently blocked. This block can only be lifted by Tenovis Service or an au-
thorised person.
