With the Lock Pin still held down, use the Wrench (25) to remove Bolt (1), Press

Plate (2), and Outer Flange (3).

Remove the used Cutting Wheel (4), and replace

with new 14" Cutting Wheel.

Replace Outer Flange and Press Plate; secure with

Bolt. Do not overtighten.

The Lock Pin can now be released.

Place the Cut Off Saw on a stable, level surface capable of bearing the combined

weight of the tool and the workpieces. Plug the Saw into a grounded 120V

electrical outlet.

Center the stock underneath the Cutting Wheel.

Remove Bolt (94) and Angle Bolt

(95) and move the Angle Plate

(85) to the mounting holes that

best match up to the centered

stock. Rotate as needed and

secure with the Bolts again.

Lift the Screw Release (75) and

slide the Vise Screw (77) forward

until the Vise Plate (83) contacts

the stock. For miter cuts angle

the Plate as necessary, noting

the angle degrees inscribed on

the Vise Plate.

Lower the Screw Release and

turn the Vise Handle (79) until

the stock is held firmly.

Loosen Nut (65) and raise or

lower the Depth Bolt (66) to ad-

just the depth of the cut. Do not set the Depth Bolt too low or the surface that the

unit is sitting on may be damaged.
