Error Codes

The Accusoft Plus microprocessor is equipped with an advanced error detection system. During all operat-
ing modes the softener's electronics are performing self-diagnostics to ensure that the unit is operating
correctly. There may be times, however, when something may occur that could cause the unit to improp-
erly operate. In those instances the microprocessor will identify the exact problem and alert the user with
an error code. Shown below is a description of the error codes.

To reset an error, press and hold for 10 seconds the status button. The unit will beep and check to see if
indeed the error has been fixed. If the error was not fixed, the board will re-display the error code. If the
error code does not reset please contact your local Culligan Dealer. For additional troubleshooting or
service needs, please contact your local Culligan Dealer.

Press and hold 'STATUS' key for 10 seconds.

Press and hold 'STATUS' key for 10 seconds.
Press and hold the 'REGEN' key for 10 seconds while in Servi ce St a ti s tics Mode
at the 'Last Sl ow Rinse Time' display OR the alarm cl e a rs autom a ti c a lly if t h e
n ext brine rinse cycle is su cce s s f u lly cut short by Auto Rinse Out .
