LCD Sleep Timeout
Increases the perceived sharpness of the recorded image by
increasing the contrast along the edges of objects in the frame.
Options:

Note: If you intend to do editing on a video clip after it is
uploaded to a computer, you should turn Sharpening OFF
when the clip is recorded. The effects applied by Sharpening
may not produce desirable effects when additional filters or
effects are applied in an editor.Microphone Level
the gain level of the audio input from the on-cable
microphone.

Levels 1 - 4
Auto allows the system to adjust the audio input
automatically.
Off disables audio input from the microphone.
Levels 1 – 4 set the relative gain level.
Default:

Causes the recorder to create a separate tag clip from each of
the tags on a tagged clip. The length of these tag clips is based
on the current value of the Loop Record Time.

Causes the recorder to create a single highlight clip for each
tagged video clip on the SD card.

Sets the brightness level of the LCD.
Options:
Brightness levels 1 - 10
Default:
Level 10
Sets the idle time required before the LCD goes to sleep.
LCD Sleep Timeout will not occur during video playback. LCD
Sleep Timeout may occur when recording video. Any use of the
soft keys or other buttons on the recorder resets the LCD Sleep
Timeout timer. If the LCD has timed out and is dark, pressing
any key or button will turn the LCD back on, and will not
perform the function associated with that key.
Using the wireless remote does not affect LCD sleep timeout.
