Expansions and upgrades

Accessible drive

One bay is available for an optical disk drive (ODD) (DVD or Blue-ray). It is

located on the upper front bezel (rack model) or on the Front-Side I/O Module

(FSIOM) (floorstand model).

ServerView Local Service Display for Blade

You can install a ServerView Local Service Display for Blade instead of a front

control panel for local administration and easier identification of defective

components (rack model). The floorstand model is factory equipped with the

ServerView Local Service Display for Blade.

Conversion from a rack model to a floorstand model

The rack model can be optionally converted to floorstand model using a

conversion kit.
