Expansions and upgrades

Upgrading the main memory
The system board supports up to 16 GB of main memory. There are 4 slots
available for the main memory. The slots can be fitted with 1 GB, 2 GB and 4 GB
DDR3 1066/1333 MHz (unbuffered) DIMM modules (with ECC).
Additional accessible drives
There is one free 5.25-inch bay for an additional accessible drive. The first
(upper) bay already contains a DVD drive.
Slots for expansion cards
The server can be flexibly expanded via four slots:
– Two PCIe Gen2 x 8 slots
– One PCIe Gen2 x 4 slot
– One PCI slot
Parallel interface for printers
As an option, a parallel interface can be provided for printers.
