Does the Model 561 have a water filter? Where is it located. I cannot find a service manual online for this model.
We have a Sub Zero Model 642 that has stopped making ice. What is the likely issue that has resulted in this problem? Initially, we were getting just a few ice cubes in the bin along with water that eventually froze in the bottom of the bin. Is this a pump problem? It's about 20 years old now, and the first problem we've experienced.
