1) Stop operation of the air conditioner, and turn "OFF"
2) Remove the side panel. (Ø4 x 10 3 pcs.)
3) Remove the cord clamp. (Ø4 x 22 5 x 2=10 pcs.)
4) Remove the upper panel. (Ø4 x 10 6 pcs)
5) Remove the front panel. (Ø4 x 10 3 pcs.)
6) Remove the back panel. (Ø4 x 10 6 pcs)
7) Remove the air outlet panel. (Ø4 x 10 8 pcs)
Procedure
1) Turn the power supply off to stop the operation of
air-conditioner.
2) Remove the front panel.
• Remove the two fixing screws. (Ø4 x 14 )
3) Remove the electrical part base.
Procedure
the power breaker.
Disconnect the connecting cables and power cord from
the terminals.

Remarks
Replace the thermal fuse, terminal
block, microcomputer ass'y and the
P .C. board ass'y.
