Examples of recipes
using blender attachment
The blender attachment is suitable for
- blending liquids
- puréeing fruit, vegetables, diet and baby
food
- chopping fruit, vegetables and nuts,
dried white bread (making breadcrumbs)
- making mayonnaise and sauces.
Mayonnaise
2 eggs
2 tsp. mustard
250 ml/½ pt. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
Ingredients should all be the same
temperature.
S Blend all ingredients (except the oil) for
several seconds on speed setting 1.
S Switch the mixer to speed setting 4.
S Slowly pour the oil through the funnel and
continue blending until the mayonnaise
becomes thick and smooth.
