Fault
Excessive foam is
formed in the
detergent drawer

Too much detergent used
Wrong detergent used
Feet of the machine are
not adjusted
Transit bolts not removed
Load in machine is too
small
Machine overloaded, or
load is unbalanced
Machine is standing too
close to a wall
The end of the water
discharge hose is too low
Not a fault, water should
only be in the non-visible
part of the drum
Non-dissolving particles of
some detergents may
adhere to your washing

Suggested Actions
Press "Start/Pause"
button. To eliminate foam
formation, mix a spoon of
softener with a half litre of
water, and pour the
mixture into the detergent
drawer. After 5-10
minutes, press the
"Start/Pause" button
again. In next washing
operation reduce the
dose of detergent used
Use only detergents
designed specifically for
automatic washing
machines
Adjust the machine feet
Remove the transit bolts
This will not prevent use
of the machine
Do not load more than
the recommended weight
of washing into the
machine. Ensure the load
is evenly distributed
Leave minimum 2cm
space between your
machine and all walls or
hard surfaces
Set the discharge hose at
the appropriate height
None required
Set the machine to do an
extra rinse programme, or
brush the spots off after
the washing is dry
