Rinse Hold
The "Spin Speed" may be set at "—" (as above) to minimise
creasing when washing special fabrics.
This is selected by choosing the "--" spin speed option. When this
is set the
symbol flashes on the electronic display. This
leaves the wash soaking in the final rinse water after washing.
When you are ready to take the washing out this may be drained
by pressing the "Start/Pause" button once to drain the water and
not spin the washing.
Alternatively, if it is required to spin the washing at this stage the
"Spin Speed" button may be pressed to select the required speed
while the machine is still in "Rinse Hold" mode. Then, when
pressing the "Star/Pause" button the machine will spin and drain
the wash, ready for unloading.
Wash Temperature Selection
When a programme is selected using the "Programme Control"
knob the maximum wash temperature for the chosen programme
is initially displayed.
You can reduce the wash temperature if required by pressing the
"Wash Temperature" button. Repeated pressing of this button
cycles the temperature through all the available options up to the
maximum for the programme selected.
Prewash
This function adds a prewash to the programme. When this
function is selected detergent must be added to the prewash
section of the detergent dispenser.
Rapid Wash
Your washing machine has an automatic half load detection
