To enter or exit Valet
1. Open any door.
2. Press on the transmitter (or the arm/disarm button).
3. Press (or the Channel II button).
4. Press again. You have now entered or exited Valet Mode (verify by checking the status LED).

When using the Diagnostic functions, use the Table of Zones below to see which input has triggered the system.
It is also helpful in deciding which input to use when connecting optional sensors and switches.

Turn the ignition key on and then off.
At any time during the next 10 seconds, press and release the Valet
LED will light constantly if you have entered Valet
Valet ® Mode.
® Mode with a transmitter:
® response does not report on the LED.
® Mode, and will go out if you have exited
INPUT DESCRIPTION
H1/6 BLUE wire. Connect to optional hood/trunk pins.
Second-stage output of Stinger Doubleguard shock sensor.
Door switch circuit. H1/5 GREEN or H1/7 VIOLET.
Ignition. YELLOW (H1/9).
