I am unable to find a 3G signal when viewing the Status page, no 3G service is
available, or I get a "Limited or No Connectivity" message.
If you are inside a building or near a structure that may be blocking the signal, change the

position or location of the device. For example, try moving the 3G Mobile Hotspot close to a
window if indoors, or to higher ground if outdoors.
You are outside of the coverage area.

How do I disconnect from the network?
Use your computer's WiFi network manager.

2. Then retype your administrative password into the login window and click Login.
3. Click the Disconnect button.
How can I find out how many users are connected to the 3G Mobile Hotspot?
Log on to your 3G Mobile Hotspot and open the 3G Mobile Hotspot Settings. See
Your Mobile Hotspot on page 11. The number of devices (users) currently connected to the 3G Mobile
Hotspot is in the WLAN section at the bottom of the screen.

How do I turn off the 3G Mobile Hotspot?
