Before diving:
Only check the following points indoors:
•
Check the area around the interfaces (battery/SD card and HDMI/USB
socket); remove dirt, sand and other particles.
•
Ensure that the covers of the battery compartment (G) and the interfaces
(O) are not scratched or broken and that they are firmly closed.
•
Also check that the camera is not cracked or broken.
During diving:
•
Never expose the camcorder to ...

a water depth of more than 3 metres.

−
water at a temperature outside the range of 0° to 40 °C.

any impact or shock; this could open the cover of the battery compart-
ment (G) and the interfaces (O).

Never immerse the camera in water for longer than 60 minutes.
