Basic Operations of remote
Use one lithium battery (CR2025).
Insert the batteries with the + and - poles aligned properly,
following the illustration inside the case.
Store unused batteries out of the reach of children. Contact a doctor
lmmedlately if the battery is accidentally swallowed.
A Do not set the remote on hot places such as above the dashboard.
[VOL.] buttons
Adjusting the volume
[SRCl button
Each time the button is pressed the source switches.
For the source switching order refer to &electing the Source>
(page 9).
[ATT] button
Turning the volume down quickly.
When it is pressed again it returns to the previous level.
[FM]/ [AMI buttons
Select the band.
Each time the [FM1 button IS pressed it switches between the
FMI, FM2, and FM3 bands.
[err]/ [wl buttons
Tune up or down band.

Press buttons [#I 1 - I#61 to recall preset statrons.
[DIRECT] button

Enters and cancels the <Direct Access Tuning> (page 16) mode
[WI/ [HI] buttons
Do <DPSS (Direct Program Search System)> (page 19).
[HI] button
Plays the reverse side of the tape.
[FM] button
Fast forwards the tape.
When the [HII button is pressed it releases.
[AMI button
Rewinds the tape.
When the [bill button is pressed it can be released.

When in <DPSS with the Remote> (page 19) enter the number
of songs.
