Compare all parts with package contents list as listed on page 5 of this manual.

    ASSEMBLY 1. Locate Wheel Assembly (12) and 2 nuts/bolts contained in plastic bag with Wheel Assembly. Turn Base (9) so that holes for attachment of Wheel Assembly are facing you. Align holes in Wheel Assembly with holes on Base. Insert bolts through both sets of holes and secure nuts on end of bolt.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY 2. Attach one Anchoring Arm (11) to Base (9) with 2 - M6x12 Bolts (D), M6 Washers (I) and M6 Nuts (J) as shown below (repeat with the other 2 anchoring arms so all 3 are attached to Base). NOTE: Only 2 Anchoring Arms can be used in conjunction with the Wheel Assembly.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY Place the Post Support (7) on top of the 3 assembled Support Legs and align the holes in the Post Support with the holes in the Support Legs. Insert 2 - M6x30mm Bolts (B) through the two holes in Support Post and through M6 Washer (I) then through hole in Support Leg and affix a 6mm Nut (J) to the bolt.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY 6. Screw the 3 Barrel Bolts (A) into the holes located on the top of the Head Assembly (2). Hold the Head Assembly over the assembled Post and route the Gas Hose (3) down into the Post. Rest the Head Assembly on the top of the Post and align 4 small holes on Head Assembly with 4 Small holes in Upper Post.

While supporting heater, tilt the Head Assembly and slide 1 pcs - M8 Washer (H) over each of the 3 Barrel Bolts, then slide the assembled Reflector over the 3 Barrel Bolts that extend from the Head Assembly. Use the 3 pcs - Wing Nuts (G) and 3 pcs - M8 Washers (H) to secure the assembled Reflector to the Head Assembly of the heater.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS A minimum supply pressure of .5 psi is required for the purpose of input adjustment of propane gas. Storage of an appliance indoors is permissible only if the cylinder is disconnected and removed from the appliance. A cylinder must be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children. A disconnected cylinder must have dust caps tightly installed and must not be stored in a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.
  • Page 13 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3. If leak is detected at regulator/cylinder valve connection, disconnect, reconnect, and perform another leak check. If you continue to see bubbles after several attempts, cylinder valve is defective. Call our customer service hotline at 1-866-985-7877, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., EST, Monday – Friday IF NO BUBBLES APPEAR AT ANY CONNECTION, THE CONNECTIONS ARE SECURE.
  • Page 14 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING FOR YOUR SAFETY Be careful when attempting to manually ignite this heater.Holding in the control knob for more than 10 seconds before igniting the gas will cause a ball of flame upon ignition. When Heater is ON: Emitter screen will become bright red due to intense heat.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS After Operation: 1. Gas Control Knob is in OFF position. 2. Gas tank valve is OFF. 3. Disconnect gas line. CARE AND MAINTENANCE WARNING FOR YOUR SAFETY * Do NOT touch or move heater for at least 45 minutes after use.
