Getting to know your phone
Handset display icons – These are the symbols you will see on your handset's screen.
Shows the time in hours and minutes.
Handset name
The handset name is
displayed in standby mode.
Number of Calls list* entries
Displays the number of
unanswered calls.
Battery levels
Shows handset battery status.
Scrolls when the handset is
charging in the base.
Phonebook
Select icon to view the
phonebook.
Calls list*
Flashes to indicate new Calls
list entries.
Voice Mail Waiting
Appears when you have
answering machine messages.
Flashes when new messages
received.
* For these features to work you must subscribe to your Network Provider's Caller Display* and/or Call Waiting* service. A quarterly fee may be payable.

Shows the date in day/month format.

Range

Displayed when the keypad is
locked.
Handset Ext
Displayed when an external
call is being received or in
progress.
Handset number
The handset number

is displayed in standby
mode.

call is being received or in
progress.
Handsfree Speaker
Displayed when in handsfree
mode.
Alarm Bell
Displayed when an alarm
is set.
Answering machine
Displayed when answering
machine is set to on.
