18 IGNITION CONTROLLED LOCK—ON, OFF: When programmed ON the doors will lock when the key is turned to the
on position.
19 FACTORY ALARM DISARM—WITH UNLOCK, BEFORE UNLOCK, REMOTE START ONLY: In the default setting the
factory alarm disarm output will disarm the factory alarm system any time the button(s) controlling Unlock is pressed.
The "Before Unlock" output to disarms the factory alarm before the unlock output activates and before remote start
is activated. The "Remote Start Only" output disarms the factory alarm only before the remote start is activated.
20 FACTORY ALARM DISARM PULSES—SINGLE, DOUBLE: Selectable for a single or double-pulse for the vehicle's
factory alarm disarm input requirements.

shutdown diagnostics

The unit has the ability to report the cause of the last shutdown of the remote start system. To enter diagnostic mode:
1. Turn the ignition off.
2. Press and HOLD the Program switch.
3. Turn the ignition on and then off.
4. Release the Program switch.
5. Press and release the Program switch.
The LED will now report the last system shutdown by flashing for one minute in the following grouped patterns:
