Using your System Commanding the system Commands, Basic or Advanced, are used to activate system features and are performed by pressing one of the Command buttons. Basic commands control the most often used keyless entry and remote start features while Advanced commands control more specialized fea- tures. -

Starter Kill Override To bypass the optional Starter kill without a remote control: Use the button on the Control Center to bypass the system. You can bypass the system only if you have the vehicle key. To override: While the vehicle is locked, open the door. Immediately insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the Run or On position. -

Note Some Push-to-start vehicles do not offer the key takeover function, instead the vehicle shuts down when the vehicle door is opened and the car needs to be started as normal. Need to mate my original remote to base, quit working, yes new battery’s
To pair the Auto Mate 4104A remote to the base after it stopped working, follow these steps:
1. Turn the key to the ON position.
2. Press and release the Control Button on the system’s Control Center, then press and hold it until you hear one horn sound confirming selection.
3. Release the Control Button.
4. Press and hold the button on the remote until the transmit LED turns on solid (about 10 seconds).
5. The horn will emit one sound to confirm the remote has been learned.
6. Repeat steps 4-5 for each additional remote (up to four).
7. Turn the ignition OFF or wait 60 seconds to exit learning mode.

So I just recently had my car battery die and replaced it but now my car isn’t receiving signal from the 4104a remote. Remote works fine and batteries are good. Lights on car don’t even blink or anything. Safety switch is on and I turned it off for a bit and on to try and reset it. The control board under dash has red led light blink. But up on the window at the control centre there is no light on at all and even when I press the button there is nothing. How do I get power back on to the control centre?
