Deleting a Personal Folder

To delete a registered Personal Folder, follow the steps below.

Press [RECALL] tab on the touch panel.

Press the [Personal Folder] key.

Select the folder you want to delete.

Press the [Folder Delete] key.
– If a Password is configured for the Folder, the Password input screen appears.
– If a Password is not configured for the Folder, a screen appears and confirms you whether to delete
the folder. Go to the step 6.
