TIMER FUNCTIONS

TIMER ON and TIMER OFF
This function allows the user to program in a fixed time period when the unit will automatically
turn on (TIMER ON) or shut off ( TIMER OFF). If required, the TIMER ON and TIMER OFF
functions can be used simultaneously.
NOTE: The clock on the remote controller must be set before
using this function.
TIMER ON ONLY
This function will allow the unit to start automatically after a
user selected time period.The TIMER ON can be set while
the unit is on or off.
To set the TIMER ON function, perform the following:
1. Push the "TIMER ON" button once.
2.The clock indicator
the remote controller.The default "TIMER ON" time is the
previous programmed time period. It will be displayed
and "ON" will flash.
3. Push the "–" or "+" within 5 seconds until the desired on time period is displayed.
NOTE: Press the "+" or "-" buttons once for slow adjustment and hold down for fast adjustment.
4. Push the "TIMER ON" again.The "ON" icon will stop flashing and the time period at
which the unit will start is set.The clock indicator and the time will be displayed again.
The "TIMER ON" time period will be stored in memory indefinitely until it is changed by the
user or the remote controller batteries are replaced. If the unit is running and the "TIMER ON"
time period is reached, the unit will continue operating normally.
