NO Is the LED head installed properly?
Check connector CN4 of the main controller board

Adjust the transfer roller contact plate to properly

Are the contacts of the developing roller and the contact
of the transfer roller properly touching the contact assembly?
NO Adjust the contacts of the developing roller and transfer
roller to touch the contact assembly.
