* What is meant by "ewater+" ?
This is a hypochlorous water that is
generated from chloride ions in tap
 
BOWL LIGHT water via electrolysis (aka: electrolysed
ON/OFF water or EO). It is widely used for
cleaning and disinfecting items such as
(➝ Page 46)
food, utensils and baby bottles.
 
Well water may not deliver the required
effect. (Because the level of chloride ions
is low.)
 
Clean, sterile water helps to minimize
 

dirty surfaces, but does not make cleaning
