3. Ceiling Fan Assembly (continued) 3.11 DOWNROD Reinstall the hanger ball (Figure 4) on the downrod as HANGER BALL follows. Route the motor leads through the downrod. SETSCREW Position the pin through the two holes in the downrod and align the ball so the pin is captured in the groove in the top of the hanger ball.

6. Final Assembly Lift the ceiling cover up to the threaded studs and turn until studs protrude through the holes in the ceiling cover (Figure 17). CEILING COVER Secure the ceiling cover in place by sliding lockwashers THREADED STUDS (2) over the threaded studs and installing the two knurled knobs (supplied).
