Refer to the Safety Precautions on page 79.
The air cleaner should be serviced at regular
intervals (page 86). Service more frequently
when riding in unusually wet or dusty areas.

1. First remove the air filter from the drive
belt case (1) (page 88).
2. Remove the seven screws (2) from the air
filter cover (3).
Remove the cover itself.
