Air Cleaner

Changing Air Cleaner Element
Use a new Honda Genuine air cleaner
element or an equivalent specified for your
motorcycle.
NOTICE
Using the wrong air cleaner element may cause
premature engine wear or performance problems.
Remove the front seat.
1.
Remove the battery.
2.
Remove the junction connector by

removing screw A.
Remove the air cleaner case cover/
4.
element by removing screws A.
Remove the air cleaner element by
5.
removing screws B.
Install the new air cleaner element.
6.
Make sure the air cleaner element is
u
installed securely.
Install the parts in the reverse order of

removal.
