Check the H.V. and balance circuit.

Check the Feedback and protection circuit.

Check the Q19, Q7, Q11, D3, Q14 and

repair them.

Check one of these components was short

to GND.

Check the transformer and repair them.

Check the one of these components was short to

Check the C3, C7, C12, C20, L3 and repair them.
