6. When the Baud Rate menu appears, select the fastest baud rate. In this case, press
<1> (115200).
7. When the Please Place in Cradle *Download Ready* message appears in the
display window, place the scanner facing forward into the large slot at the top of the
Charging and Communications cradle:
